First Affinity Insurance Solutions is a family owned operated brokerage in Laguna Hills right off the 5 and Lake Forest Drive. We are looking for a new addition to the office to join the team and be the first of more producers in the agency.

Sales Agent Job Description
Duties and Responsible:
  • Understand customer needs and provide the best solution on an individual basis

  • Generate and qualify leads

  • Sell and service insurance policies to leads and other prospects   

  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients

  • Cross sell policies to existing customers and market to potential customers

  • Answer client questions and address concerns, update client’s coverage as needed

  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person

  • Assist clients with claims filings for customers as needed

  • Additional duties and responsibilities as needed


The ideal candidate will poses the following required skills and traits:
  • Ability to be persuasive over the phone

  • Positive, driven, focused, energetic and responsive

  • Sales driven and goal oriented with a focus on achieving sales success

  • Ability to obtain CA Property & Casualty license

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Team-oriented, adaptable, coachable, dependable and patient

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently

  • Ability to communicate well and earn people’s trust

  • Positive “can-do" attitude with a drive to make money and an aptitude for success

  • Dependable & liable with strong ethical principles 

  • Strong problem solving skills, resourceful

  • Proficient in Microsoft office, computers and internet usage

  • Passion for educating and helping clients

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills


Preferred Skills and Traits:
  • Bilingual skills English/Spanish

  • Prior success in sales

  • CA Property & Casualty license

  • Prior success in insurance sales
